The CHALLENGE: What created the need for you to source training?

“Our team leaders noticed a lack of clarity…so they asked me to find a course on business communication. We wanted a course with clarity and structure so that everybody can follow the same approach.”

“The facilitator was able to create an engaging environment virtually. The strongest element was the…chance to practice and apply what they learned. In other programs, you don’t have as much time to practice.”

 

THE RESULTS: What was the business impact?

“The people that are writing are more clear and concise and through this, the person who is reading the message will know what to do next. A bonus will be that everybody is following the same approach. Everybody is adding their own flavour, but at least they are coming from the same approach.”

 

FINAL THOUGHTS:

“The teams developed an appreciation for having a better communication style. It expanded their perception on how to respond…they had variety and different approaches. The workshop also created a buzz…. I got more requests from other team leaders and for me, that is a sign that something is working and they see the benefit. Word is getting out within our company that clear communication skills are an asset.”
