I had the opportunity to attend a Six Thinking Hats® workshop offered at my workplace by McLuhan & Davies. The trainer (Susan Lynne) excelled at transferring this methodology to our group in an engaged and very hospitable manner. This process map for “thinking / brainstorming” in group situations helps a team achieve better results in a more structured format. It ensures all ideas have been considered and the most logical outcome is pursued in a timely manner. We can finally say goodbye to those meeting bullies who hijack decision without considering everyone’s opinions/inputs.
