You and your team members can learn how to separate thinking into six clear functions and roles. Each thinking role is identified with a colored symbolic “thinking hat.” By mentally wearing and switching “hats,” you can easily focus or redirect thoughts, the conversation, or the meeting.

Step 1: Take the course you want to be certified in (EITHER attend a public workshop OR participate in an in-house session that your company runs).
Step 2: Go through an accreditation process with one of our master facilitators (typically 2-3 days).
Step 3: Do a dry run for some of your people and debrief with the master facilitator.
Step 4: Perform an optional co-teach with the master facilitator.

Before we get into the training room, you can meet with our experts to address specific goals and challenges for this training. The concepts from Six Thinking Hats® can be delivered in-person, online, over the course of a day or split into sessions spread out over weeks. Teams can also attend microlearning sessions as short as thirty minutes.
